Performance Targeting
Correctly identified as the last 'low cost big win' for the vast majority of organisations. We have designed and implemented performance targeting systems, that have improved performance, in terms of productivity and effectiveness and thus reduced direct costs and write-off to bad debt. In some cases the impact is estimated to run into tens of millions of pounds. The design of any performance targeting system is best achieved in conjunction with an internal working party, comprising of the organisation's staff and management, whereby we steer the working party along a tried and tested strategy path, giving advice based on best practice experience.
